Our LF story started back in 2006. Having grown up and worked on a dairy his whole life, James always had a love and passion for livestock. We began with raising beef animals, started a calf ranch and ran cattle up in the hills. Over the years things have changed but one thing remained, our love and desire to raise our kids around livestock. The lessons and values that can be learned from raising animals is not comparable. With the rising input costs of farming and traditional farming practices we were approached about the idea of starting in Regenerative Sheep Grazing. In January of 2025 we started our flock, we quickly realized the need and demand for our new grazing service was in high then ever expected and getting stronger by the day. Over the past year and a half we have grazed our sheep across the beautiful Central Valley. Leaving each ranch cleaned up and healthier than we found it. We recently decided to start marketing our amazing lamb meat. Raised and grazed here in the heart of the bread basket of the world, our lamb are grass raised and finished out on the ranch.
